Refund Policy

  1.  In the occurrence of any technical glitches on our website that prevents you from receiving the services you have paid for, you shall be eligible for a refund.
  2. In the case of DIY Wills, if you are unable to generate, save or print your copy of the completed Will due to some problems with the website, either technical or operational, you are eligible to ask for a refund if the problem/s cannot be resolved in up to 48 hours.
  3. This refund can be processed in 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends).
  4. You will not be eligible for a refund once the DIY Will document is generated, even if the final document does not meet your expectations.
  5. In the case of our offline services, you will be eligible to opt for a refund if we are unable to provide you a service which is good enough when compared to normal industry standards or if the services are delayed and we are unable to solve these problems within 48 hours. This refund can be processed in 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends).
  6. You will receive the refund, if any, via the same payment method that you used to make the original payment. In the event you want your refund back via a different payment method, you must specify this to our team when you apply for a refund. The approval of such a request shall be at the sole discretion of CFOCORP.
  7. CFOCORP reserves the right to decide which cases are eligible for refunds, and it shall be our sole discretion to do so.
  8. In case of a refund being processed, any processing charges through payment gateways that may be applicable will be deducted from your refund amount.
  9. You will not be eligible for any cancellation or refund for any reason whatsoever other than the ones already mentioned in this refund policy, even if you change your mind about entering into a contract with us after we have received the full payment of the service.

Any changes made to our Refund Policy shall be updated in this document. The updated Refund Policy shall come into effect immediately and shall be binding on all users, existing or new.

Your continued use of your account signifies your consent to this updated Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any clauses mentioned in this document, you can elect to delete your account and not continue your use of our website.
